This is your opportunity to secure a position at one of the most anticipated new events in the Melbourne market – The National Outdoor Living & Caravan Expo at Caulfield Racecourse.

EOIs close Thursday 2nd April.

Exhibitors who submit an EOI will receive priority access to site bookings ahead of general release. 

Site applications will open exclusively to those who EOI on Thursday 9th April.

Demand is already strong and we expect this event to sell out quickly. If you’re considering exhibiting, we strongly encourage you to submit your EOI early to secure your place.

PRODUCT ZONE OVERVIEW

To help visitors navigate the National Outdoor & Living Expo with ease, we are designing the Caulfield event around a series of core product zones. These zones group similar products together, making it easier for attendees to compare options and explore the categories most relevant to them.

Our core product zones are:

      • Caravans
      • Motorhomes & Campervans
      • Camping & Accessories
      • Vehicle / Towing / 4x4
      • Camper Trailers & Hybrid Campers

We understand many exhibitors offer products that span multiple categories, so cross‑over is completely welcome. Please nominate your primary product range and, if applicable, a secondary range so we can place you in the most suitable zone and present the best site options for your business.

EXHIBITOR STRUCTURE INTENT

We welcome exhibitors who wish to elevate their presence by installing their own marquees or custom structures. Whether it’s a small office setup or a full marquee‑covered site, we encourage creative builds that help you showcase your brand and make a statement.
As this expo operates under strict council and venue requirements, we ask exhibitors to indicate their intentions early so we can factor this into site planning and ensure the correct permits can be issued.
